Booking your trip is easy, there are four steps:
- Select your flight
- Enter the passenger details
- Add any extras
Selecting your flight
Just select if you want a round trip or a one way flight, then choose where you want to fly from, fly to, the date you want to travel and the number of passengers.
The next page will show you all the flights on that day, you can then select the flight you want, or you can click on a different day and look at those flights.
Once you have selected your flight, you can choose if you want to upgrade to flybe Smart or flybe Plus to increase your hold baggage allowance and for a number of other benefits.
The running total of your booking will be shown on the right hand side of your screen.
This is where you enter the names of all passengers travelling, remember to ensure that the names entered are correct. You will also need to enter contact information. This enables us to send you your booking confirmation and keep you updated about your booking.
Please note, that for domestic flights you do not need to enter your date of birth, unless you are purchasing tickets for children or infants, for which you will only need to have their dates of birth.
You can also enter emergency contact details if you wish.
This page allows you to add extras, such as selecting a seat, adding hold luggage, including sporting equipment, adding a valet bag and adding special assistance.
Just select the options that you want, and if you don’t need any of these extras you can click on the next button and go onto the payment page. Don’t forget if you do want to add something you can do so at a later date, space permitting.
This screen allows you double check your booking details, after you have made sure this is correct you can choose your payment method, be it a voucher or a debit or credit card. Fill in the required payment information and then choose “confirm & pay now.” You have now completed your booking and an email confirmation will be sent to you.
As a back up make a note of your booking reference, just in case you do not receive a confirmation email, you can then retrieve your booking from the flybe.com homepage and update your email address if required.
